The bonus round is launched if you collect three to five symbols with a compass and a map. It is important that the symbols are along one line, left to right, starting from the leftmost reel. The number of attempts you are given in the bonus round depends on the number of landing symbols. You should select various items that possess their own multipliers. Your reward is calculated with the following formula: the factor of the bonus item multiplied by the line bet.
Symbols and multipliers in Desert Treasure
The Wild in the Desert Treasure slot themed to treasures is the picture of a golden cobra with the word "Wild". When landing on an active line, it replaces the missing symbol thus extending the combination or forming one. If, however, it lands starting from the first reel, then it pays out on its own according to the Paytable. Once you collect the full combination of five golden cobras, you can get from 10,000 to 100,000 credits.
The Scatter symbol depicts a black-haired girl. By collecting three such symbols, you can get free spins and payouts in credits. There is also a symbol with a compass and a map available, this gives you access to the bonus round and the opportunity to get an additional reward. Simple symbols are subdivided into two groups, high-paying and low-paying. The former are the following images:
- A man - 20, 70 or 200 times your bet
- A camel - 2, 25, 100 or 400 times your bet

Low-paying symbols are cards ranking from 10 to Ace. They pay back a minimum of 5 bets for three symbols and a maximum of 150 for five symbols.
How to Play the Desert Treasure Slot
Once the slot is loaded, you get 2,000 demo credits in your account so you can play for free the demo version developed by Playtech. The credits are used to place bets and subsequently launch the reels. You can place your bet per line by clicking the Bet Per Line button found on the control panel. The minimum bet is 1 credit and the maximum is 10.
Active lines are your next step in setting up gameplay. To do this, use the Lines button to choose from 1 to 20 lines. Multiplication of the size of your bet and the number of lines produces the total cost of one reel spin. Once you click Bet Max, it will be equal to 200 credits. Please note that once Bet Max is activated, the reels will be spun automatically.
Combinations become winning if identical symbols land on an active line and on neighbouring reels. The counting is done left to right, which means that the first symbol in the combination must appear on the leftmost reel. The exception is the combinations that involve the Wild symbol, which replaces ordinary pictures. Also, these rules do not apply to the Scatter, which triggers the bonuses described in the paytable just for showing up on the reels.
The reward for combinations is calculated with the following formula: your line bet multiplied by the factor in the Paytable. E.g. when betting 10 credits, three symbols with a camel (the 100 multiplier) earns 1,000 credits. If the line contains several possible combinations, the highest-paying one pays. The reels are spun by clicking the following buttons:
- Spin - a single spin with preset options of the bet per line/number of lines
- Bet Max - a single spin with maximum values
- Autoplay - a series of autospins with preset values
