Gameplay
In the demo version of the Book Of Magic slot machine, you will have 100 credits. This is the game currency used for betting. You can track the actual number of credits in your account on the bottom of the control panel in the Credit bar. To the right of it, you can see another section, Win. It displays winnings for each regular spin or for all free spins.
The size of the payout directly depends on the bet per spin. The bet per spin is the result of the multiplication of figures. The first is the number of active lines. These are the lines on which a winning combination may appear. You have to set their number manually. Use the Lines sector for this.
It displays a number, the number of paylines. When you hit the '+' button, it grows, if you click '-', it reduces. You can set any number from one to ten.
The total bet is also affected by the bet on a line. You can configure it under the fourth reel in the Bet section. There are also '+' and '-' buttons. The number that can be set here depends on the number of lines:
- The range of the line bet is 0.10-100
- For two lines, the lowest bet is 0.05 credits, the highest bet is 50
- Three active lines allow bets ranging from 0.04 to 30 credits
- Four lines have the range of 0.03—20
- Five active lines involve betting from 0.02 to 20 credits
- Six, seven, eight and nine paylines come with a minimum bet of 0.02 credits and a maximum bet equal to ten credits
- 10 active lines require from 0.01 to 10 credits
You can see the total bet per spin in the Total Bet section.
To set the maximum value in the Bet bar, hit the Max Bet button. If it already displays the highest bet per line, this action will trigger the reelspins.
To initiate a spin, use the button with rounded arrows.
Symbols and odds in the Book of Magic slot machine
The Book Of Magic slot machine has ten symbols. All of them are able to produce winnings in credits. But one of the icons has special features. It is a picture of a book that is a Scatter. It also acts as a Wild symbol. During free spins, the book can play the role of any other icon except for the selected Bonus symbol.
To begin with, more than three Scatters earn you credits. Three books win you 2 times your total bet, four 20 times. Five Scatters generate you 200 times your total bet.
Also, three books always trigger ten free spins. However, during this bonus round, a combination of three or more books may drop out again and give you ten more free spins.
A feature of free spins is that you can choose the symbol that will extend over the entire reel on which it landed.
At least three pictures of playing cards are necessary to create a winning combo. The multipliers of the cards are not that different. Tens, Jacks and Queens generate 5, 25 and 100 times your bet per line. Combos of Kings and Aces allow you to get 5, 40 or 150.
The themed icons of the slot are able to compose a winning pattern starting with two icons. The multipliers for these pictures are given below:
- Symbols with a snake or an owl produce 5, 30, 100 and 750 times your bet per line
- Lock icon generates 5, 40, 400 and 2,000
- The picture with the magician has multipliers 10, 100, 1,000 and 5,000
All combos are considered to be winning only when they start on the leftmost reel. The only exception is a combo of selected symbols during a free spins session. You are paid as many prizes for a combo of the special symbol as there are active lines in the game screen.
Risk game
You can launch a risk game by clicking the Gamble button. It appears above the main button for initiating spins but only after a spin has produced you a win. This is the sum that is doubled after a successful outcome in the risk game.
To do this, you need to guess the colour of the face down card. The Red and Black buttons are used to make your choice. They are to the left and right of the card respectively. The right guess will double your initial prize. The final payout is shown in the Current win window.
If you change your mind about participating in the double-up or do not want to increase your prize, you can pick up your current winnings. Do it by hitting the Take button. You can also only risk half of your current winnings. To do this, you must collect 50% of your current reward by clicking the button 1/2 Take.
Keep in mind that a failure in a risk game will mean your current prize is lost. You cannot increase winnings for every free spin separately. However, the Gamble button appears at the end of all free spins. This makes it possible to risk a total payout for all free spins.
