Acquisition by NYX Gaming Group Holding

On the 20th of November 2015, Side City Studios was acquired by the NYX Gaming Group Holding through its subsidiary NYX Digital Gaming (Alberta) Inc. Side City Studios is a subsidiary to this large corporation which has provided them with an extensive customer database in the land-based parlours of Canada and the USA.

Now the company follows the NYX Gaming Group's strategy and provides design and software development products and services.
