Today the holding company is called Gauselmann Group, Merkur is one of its major subsidiaries and employs over 2,500 people. Jens Stradtmann has been CEO of Merkur Gaming GmbH since July 1st, 2010. Björn Nordsiek is Technical and Operations Director, and the Managing Director is Uwe Horn.
