Lucky & Wild Slot by EGT Review
Lucky & Wild is a fruit-themed slot by EGT that you can play for free at NeonSlots. It features 5 reels and 20 paylines. There are three symbols with special features. You can multiply your winnings in the double-up game. In the full version of the slot, you can win one of four jackpots.
Jackpot Lucky & Wild
Traditionally for EGT games, there are 4 types of jackpots in the full version of the slot. They are represented as the card suits. The info blocks above the reels display the current size of each jackpot.
After any spin, you can enter a special round where you can win a mega prize. The additional window with 12 face-down cards opens. By clicking them one after another, you open the cards of different suits. The round is over when you collect three cards of the same suit to get a prize.
Symbols and multipliers of Lucky & Wild
The fruit-themed slot features three types of special symbols:
Star is the Scatter symbol. It creates its combinations without being tied to any of the paylines. Three or more symbols anywhere on the reels form a winning combination. The star is the best-paying symbol of the slot. A combination of 3, 4 or 5 of these pictures raises your line bet 100, 400 or 4,000 times, respectively
Horseshoe with the word Wild - the Wild symbol. This symbol can turn into other pictures, completing combinations. The only exception is combinations of Scatters and additional Wild. The picture can create its own combinations. 3, 4 and 5 of these pictures earn you 20, 200 and 1,000 times your line bet, respectively
Clover is an additional Wild. This icon cannot create its own combinations. This symbol lands only on the second and fourth reels. But it has a different feature. When the clover appears in the game window, it fills all neighbouring boxes and all pictures in them turn into Wilds. Thanks to this, you can earn from 6 to 9 additional Wilds. This decision increases the frequency of forming winning combinations
Regular images create combinations according to the usual rules. 3 to 5 identical symbols appearing along a payline in the boxes of adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost one, produce payouts. The amount of winnings is determined by applying the line bet to the multiplier of a combination. All the payouts are listed in the table. The slot comes with six regular symbols:
- Seven. A combination of 3, 4 and 5 of these pictures raises your line bet 15, 50 or 400 times, respectively
- Bell - 15, 40 or 200
- Watermelon or grapes - 10, 20 or 150
- Cherries or an orange - 5, 15 or 100
You can transfer your coins for winning combinations to your balance or multiply your payouts in the double-up game.
The double-up game in the Lucky & Wild slot is presented in its simplest form. After successful spins, the Gamble button becomes active and opens the additional window. You see a face-down card. Your aim is to guess its colour. The correct guess will double your bet, the incorrect guess will zero your reward for the double-up game and the last spin. The double-up game has five levels. Click any of the Bet/Start buttons to exit it.
How to Play the Lucky & Wild Slot
Setting the slot requires minimal effort. All paylines are fixed and always active during the game. The bet size per spin is set in coins. There are five buttons with different values and the Bet/Start words under the game window. Each number (20, 40, 100, 200 and 400) determines the bet size. Click your chosen button to start a reel spin with the corresponding bet.
The value of coins is always one credit in the trial version of the slot. But in the full version you can change this option. Use the blue button to choose the desired value. There are only a few information blocks:
- Balance - displays your current balance
- Last Win - the amount of your winnings
Click the orange button with two circular arrows to activate the automatic mode of the slot. Use the blue "i" button to open a pay table. Use the loudspeaker button to modify the sound and the button with four arrows displays the slot on the fullscreen.
The online slot has no bonus feature in its usual form. Experienced players claim that it is compensated for by the frequency of creating combinations.
