Clockwork Oranges Bonus Game
Clockwork Oranges online slot was developed by the Greentube Interactive division Greentube and has an unusual bonus game. If three symbols of clockwork oranges, the Scatter, land anywhere on the first, third and fifth reels, they will trigger the bonus game which has several stages.
In the first stage you will see the hands of the clock spinning around and where they stop will determine if 1, 2 or 3 hands (arrows) will be on the clock face in the next stage of the game.
In the next stage you will see a clock with different symbols around the outside and the number of hands (arrows) that was decided in the previous round. The hands will start spinning and when they stop the symbols that they point at will be added to a chart and once you collect 3 of the same symbols you will receive the reward associated with that symbol:
- Cherries - 1 times your bet
- Lemons - 3 times
- Plums - 10 times
- Watermelons - 20 times
- Bells - 50 times
- Clockwork oranges - activate the extra bonus game
If you have launched the extra bonus game, the hands of the clock will not spin, instead they will move one step at a time in a clockwise direction, collecting all of the symbols in their path. Once the hands have made one complete revolution of the clock then the round will be finished.
Symbols and Rewards
A combination is considered to be winning if three identical symbols land along an active payline, on neighbouring reels starting with the leftmost reel.
You can see the payouts for the various combinations on the first page of the info window displayed by the Paytable button. The rewards change to reflect your bet settings.
There are only 7 regular symbols in this slot. A bag of gold with clockwork oranges on it, which awards a payout when 2, 3, 4 or 5 identical symbols land and then playing cards A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 which award payouts for combinations of 3, 4 or 5 identical symbols.
The Wild symbol is the word Wild and it has its own multipliers for combos of 2, 3, 4 or 5 identical symbols and it can also be used as a substitute for any symbol except the Scatter to create or extend a winning combination.
A clockwork orange is the Scatter symbol and it only appears on the first, third and fifth reels. If it lands on these three reels at once the Clockwork Oranges Feature bonus game becomes activated.
