Bonus Game
To run the Treasure bonus game, you need to collect at least three Bonus symbols with the compass image. The game window will change, a map with thirty active marks will open up instead of the reels. An award in coins can be found behind twenty-seven of the thirty marks, and the skull with crossbones is behind three of them. The game is over when you find the skull with bones. The maximum possible win is 32,250 coins in the game. An additional win is not awarded for landing of the Bonus symbols.
Symbols and multipliers of the Age of Discovery slot
Three special and eight regular symbols are found on the reels of the slot themed to history. Special symbols are:
- Bonus – three or more images of the compass landing anywhere on the reels launches a bonus game
- Wild — is the picture of a gold coin, which replaces any regular symbol to form a combination. It can also form combinations of its own, two Wild symbols will earn you a multiplier of 3, three – 50, four – 500 and five – 6,000
- Scatter — is the image of a sea snake. This symbol is special in that it awards prizes regardless of its position on the paylines. Three pictures of the snake will pay you 5 times your bet per spin, four – 20 and five – 80.
The awards for combinations are calculated in the following way: the coin value is multiplied by the number of coins in the bet, and then by the multiplier for the combination. Below you can find the multipliers for combinations of three, four and five symbols on one payline.

- A coat of arms – 15, 180 and 800
- A sextant – 10, 160 and 600
- A papaya – 8, 100 and 200

- A banana is the only regular symbol that forms a combination of as few as two symbols – 2, 4, 20 and 50
How to Play the Age of Discovery Slot Machine
Before starting the game, you'd better click on the word Expert, it will open a full menu to control the online slot Age of Discovery by Microgaming.
The total bet amount is affected by three parameters. The first is the number of lines, click on the +/–buttons next to the Lines word to adjust it. The second is the number of coins in the bet per line. You can change the parameter by clicking the Select Coins button in the range of one to ten.
The third one is the adjusting of the coin value in credits. To configure its value, use the –/+ buttons, found in the bottom left corner near the section with the total balance. The minimum coin value is 0.01, and the maximum is 0.5 credits. The green button Bet Max configures three parameters to the maximum and triggers spins with the maximum cost of 125 credits.
