How to play the slot
Prior to starting the game you need to do the following:
- Click on the +/- buttons in the Bet section to set your bet per spin from 0.10 to 100 credits
- Click on the question mark button to study the rules of the game
- Click on the "I" button to open the paytable. The paytable shows your winnings at the minimum bet
Once you do that, you can start spinning the reels. These are the keys provided for that purpose:
- The button with arrows launches a spin at your current bet
- Max Bet sets the maximum bet, which amounts to 100 credits and launches one single spin

If a winning combination of three identical symbols lands on one of the paylines after the spin, you will be invited to launch the Double-or-Nothing risk game. Click on the Gamble button to join that round.

Double-or-Nothing
The only extra round featured in Black Hawk is the risk game that provides an opportunity to increase your winnings. Click on the Gamble button to launch this round. You will open the window with a flickering card. You will have to guess the colour of the card. It may be either black or red. If you guess correctly, your winnings for the most recent combo will double. If you are wrong, your winnings will be lost.
You are also given the opportunity to play with only half of your winnings. Click on the ½ Take Win button to do just that. However, in this case your winnings will also be slashed in half.
Click on the Take button to finish the round prematurely.
Your participation in the risk game is optional. To decline this round all you have to do is just keep playing the spins.
